Nichols Architects has been named Architect of Record for the newly announced Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, an 18-story oceanfront residential development planned at 3411 S. Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The project is being developed by Valor Real Estate Development, with Gomez Vazquez International serving as design architect alongside Aston Martin’s in-house design team. The tower will rise directly along the Atlantic shoreline and will introduce 86 residential units, including two levels of double-height penthouses. Plans call for residences oriented toward expansive ocean views, with layouts and detailing informed by Aston Martin’s established design language. The building program also includes a collection of amenities, on-site dining, an artisan bakery, and direct beach access. As Architect of Record, Nichols Architects is responsible for technical design development, construction documentation, and coordination across architectural, structural, and interior disciplines. The firm will oversee the translation of the project’s global design concept into a buildable structure suited to Florida’s coastal conditions. The site is located within close proximity to the Daytona International Speedway, placing the project near one of the region’s most recognizable landmarks and within a context historically associated with automotive performance. According to the development team, Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores is scheduled for completion in 2029.
